This was expressed in this piece of jewellery art by using asymmetrical balance where the two sides are not identical, but differ from one another but the elements of the design are arranged so that ultimately there is a sense of balance. The specifications were 18ct yellow & white gold, 4 pear shape cut outs – 2 yellow gold & 2 grain set with diamonds in white gold, central, pear shaped, green beryl, diamond set bail, fine trace chain R1049.
