Preparing for Your Appointment

Duration: Appointments typically take 45 minutes to an hour. 

What to Bring: Bring along any ideas, images, gemstones, diamonds, or old jewellery you wish to recycle. Also any existing jewellery that you love & would like your new piece to co-ordinate with.

The Design Process

Personalized Guidance: Your appointment will be with one of our experienced jewellery designers. They will guide you through the process, asking questions to ensure the design complements your personal style, existing jewellery, lifestyle, as well as finger size and shape.

Sketching Your Vision: After listening to your ideas, your designer will create initial sketches of potential design options for you.

Expert Advice: All our designers are trained in the latest jewellery innovations and provide straightforward advice they would give their own family and friends.

Selecting Diamonds or Gemstones

Extensive Sourcing: We will source the best diamonds or gemstones from our extensive contacts for you to view.

No Obligation: There is no pressure; we simply want you to fall in love with the perfect diamond or gemstone that will become a cherished heirloom for generations.

Your Own Gemstones: We’re happy to use your existing diamonds or gemstones. However, diamonds and gemstones sourced by us come with additional replacement and ethical guarantees that we cannot provide for stones you supply.

Finalizing the Design

Detailed Drawings: Once the ideal diamond or gemstone has been selected, your designer will create detailed design drawings, incorporating technical specifications.

Visual Clarity: These drawings, accompanied by notes and explanations, will help you truly understand what your finished piece will look like.
