This beautiful handcrafted brooch was inspired by the Queensland colonial homes of Brisbane & the outback.  It is made from red & green gold which were hand alloyed to make this unique piece.  We also used white & yellow gold.  The brooch was completed with white diamonds. The design inspiration for this custom made, diamond, bird brooch was life, both its fleeting nature and its longevity hence the mythical bird of regeneration and rebirth, the phoenix.  This bespoke, heirloom quality brooch was truly unique.  The specifications were 18ct yellow and white gold bird with diamond set tail feathers.
