Diamond Mokume Gane Men’s Ring – 3 Tone – rose & White Gold with Sterling Silver
This Mokume Gane custom made ring featured a hammer-set diamond. The Mokume Gane billet that we used to make it was our three tone, rose gold, white gold & sterling silver version of Mokume
Gane. This custom made ring has rose gold rails & a rose gold inner sleeve in it. There is a choice of rose gold, white gold or yellow gold inner sleeves.
Mokume
Gane means ‘wood grain metal’ and it is a traditional Japanese technique of fusing and working different metals to create a fluid and organic pattern. The technique was originally used for the decoration of Samurai swords. By the 1950s it looked like the knowledge of Mokume Gane would disappear due in part to the great difficulty of mastering the art. We have are very proud to have created our own unique range of Mokume Gane for the Australian market. Australian made in Australian metals!
