We are looking to add a sales person, whom we will train in jewellery design, to our team of jewellery professionals. Once training is complete the person would mostly be working in our beautiful Cleveland store.

 

The applicant must have:

• Car & driver’s licence

• Sales Experience

• Drawing Skills

We are looking for someone with the following traits:

• Always willing to learn

• Customer-focused

• Well-presented & enjoys being well-presented everyday

• Good communication skills so customers have a consistent experience

• Good on computer & Ipad

• Good at following procedures

• Good at thinking on your feet

• Flexible

• Creative

• Eye for detail

• Happy to work Saturdays.

We will provide lots of training & the role will evolve to include:

• Sales

• Jewellery Design – custom makes & remodelling

• Fill-in for others by moving between stores as needed.

• Stone measuring & sourcing

• Cleaning store & stock

• Servicing customers who need jewellery repairs

• Paperwork & administration

• Training other staff members

• Stock selection & entry

• Social media

• Website Editing

• Photography

• Entry Level Gemology

• Diamond selection & presentation

• Prestige Retail

The applicant should:

• Have completed a jewellery apprenticeship.

• Be customer focussed.

• Be creative & have an eye for detail.

• Be a good communicator.

• Work well in a team.

• Be enthusiastic, friendly & professional.

• Be happy to work some Saturdays.

We have a state-of-the-art workshop & parking.

We will provide you further training in:

• Design & drawing

• Diamond setting

• Photography

• Mokume Gane

• & support to enter design awards.
