This 18ct white and yellow gold engagement or dress ring was hand set with a pink tourmaline in six white gold claws with a round brilliant cut white diamond either side six claw set in white gold.  The band is made of yellow gold.  Note the engraved detail on the side and filigree wire work in the settings.
