Quotation Terms and Conditions
- Quotes are valid for 14 days.
- A 20% deposit is required if you would like to proceed.
- All custom-made jewellery pieces include complimentary inscriptions & our After Care Program which is a yearly complimentary clean, check & polish. After Care is valued at $180 per year.
- Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means if you are not completely delighted, simply return to us within 30 days of the purchase and we will work towards a solution or give you a full refund.
- Our workmanship is backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee. As part of this guarantee if a Stephen Dibb Jewellery supplied diamond or gemstone falls out we will replace it. This guarantee is conditional on you bringing your jewellery in for a yearly check as per our complementary After Care program. This warranty does not cover impact & normal wear.
- If a piece has been tampered with or worked on by someone outside of Stephen Dibb Jewellery the warranty and after sale services are void.
- We will take all due care with the gems you supplied but can take no responsibility for them.
- Stephen Dibb Jewellery holds high ethical standards. To the best of our knowledge, our suppliers are members of the Kimberley Process and do not support conflict zones or child exploitation.
- We use 100% Australian recycled gold. In our workshops we recycle & re-use as much metal as possible to reduce our environmental impact. We do this by using systems like extraction fans and drain-traps.
- We are a family business that has been owned and staffed by Australians for over 39 years. We currently employ 16 talented, passionate & hardworking people.
- We are proud members and abide by the guidelines set by the Jewellers Association of Australian (JAA) and Diamond Guild of Australia (DGA).
- A valuation is not included in this quotation. We are happy to organise one for you at your convenience. The currently price for this service is $150.
