Help the Kechene Women Potters of Ethiopia to support their children by buying these Lucky Birds. We call them Lucky Birds because they luck bring to everyone they come into contact with. These hard working women create high quality pottery in the most basic conditions but they are happy because they work together to support & care for their children. We at Stephen Dibb Jewellery are very proud to support them by having small shipments of their pottery guinea fowl brought by friends whenever possible. Numbers are limited so don’t hesitate. The hens are approximately 9cm in diameter & the chicks are approximately 4.5cm in diameter. Each bird is made with love and is as unique as the woman who made her.
The Dibb family found these wonderful women on one of their many trips to Ethiopia and wanted to support them. Each bird is brought home by friends on their return from Ethiopia. We are very thankful to our friends for carry these beautiful fragile birds to Australia.
